HIGH COURT JUDGMENT. Received July 11. 10 a.m. MEL'JURNE, July 11. The Federal High Court delivered I judgment in a case in which a boot manufacturer applied for a writ of prohibition restraining the Federal Arbitration Court and the Employees Federation from further proceedings upon a recent .award. The court decidel to enlarge the order nisi, (temporarily granting a writ of prohibition),to next sitting of the court at Melbourne, when the matter will be reheard. (This is one of the reasons why Mr Fisher, the Federal Prime Minister, threatens to appeal to a referendum of the people.)
