The annual stock returns of the Now Zealand Government show that the nam ber of dairy ccns and heifers colved or to calve for the season 1909-10 amount to 53 vU6. The t: tol Ifiwrence-Kennedy-Oilhes Milking Machines sold in New Zealand at end of March last amounts, i to 1510 pubators, each capable of. milking 18 cows per hour. Assumiug the average milking to last two hours the total cows milked dsily throughout New Zealand by the L.K.Gr. Milking Machine amounts to 54,812. In other words 10 18 per cent, of the total cows in New Zealand are now milked by these weli-known nnd reliable machines, This is a record which no otter country or machine can oven approach, and net only shows New Z<?a.Hxd leads in mechanical milking but I also that the L.K.Gr. is the leading ma--1 chiiio in the premier milking machine ioumtry in the world.
