Dear Sir,—Tfc i 3 now over six months ago since I installed one of your Three Bucket Plants, with a 3-h.p. Watt Engine. When I gave the order for the machine I looked upon it as an experiment, rende:ed necessary by the difficulty in procuring labour. I am more than satisfied with the result. The cows took readily to the machine, and I am convinced tnat I ha7e obtained better results right through the season than if they had been milked by hand. This I j attribute to the regularity and tmoothnesa with which the machine does its work as against -when the cows are milked by dfferent persons. The teats an! udders ha've not sustained the slightest injury by the use of the machine, on the contrary the cows have not been troublsd with sore teats, as is often the case with hand milking. To sum up with, I look upDn the use of the machine as giving as good or even better results than by hand milk*n~, besides giving a great saving ia time and labour. The cows are lesi than half the time in the yard than if milked by hoad, which is a great advautag). I have no hesitation in racommonding anyone wanting a machine to go in for a Eidd, or j£ they are.in doubt to came and se3 mine at work. Lan 63 yean of age, end have been dairying in Taranaki all my life so am not exactly a new chum at the Same. Yours faithfully. (Sd. AVBOJf M4R3H MANSON K.SD BARE, Palineriton North. "HEN you have read what Mr A Matthews, of Waiorongomai, says about WHITE'S SHEEP DIP,, you should have no hesitation in using it. When addressing farmers at Masterton on Tuesday, October 6th, on "The History and Breeding of Bomney Sheep," Mr Matthews stated, inter alia: "1 have not seen a louse in my flock for TWENTY years, and if at shearing a tick is seen it is such a RARE OCCURRENCE that the shearer is certain to call mv atten- j ticn to it. I have just had over 500 'ram hoggets shorn, AND NOT A. TICK WAS SEEN AMONGST THEM, and I never dip more than ONCE during the year, and always early in the season." For the past FIFTEEN YEARS M Matthews has used WHITE'S SHEEP DIP OITLY, and the above testimony sets out its merits beyond question. Healthy sheep, well grown, lustrous fleeces, and no ticks or insect life to trouble your sheop are assured when you The Wairarapa Farmers' Co-operative Association will supply all particulars and fulfil orders.
