One of the largest municipalities in Berlin in order to check the two-child standard, offers municipal workman with three children an txtra five shillings rhunthly, men with four chi'dren, twelve shillings and sixpence; with five children fiftesn shillings; with six children, seventeen shillings and six pence; above six, a pound. The payments will be made while the children are under sixteen years of age.
