Bi IMPERIAL MARITIME LEAGUE.
Received June 28, 12.5 a.m. LONDON, June 27. Tha Imperial Maritime League has forwarded to, Mr Aiquith a memorial signed by 150 distinguished soldiers and sailors, including 48 Admirals, Vice and Rear-Admirals, 16 Generals, 90 Lieutenants, and Major-General3, appealing to the Government to sanction a £IOO,000,000 loan to insure the national safety.
