Received June 27, 10 a.m. PARI?, June 26, An examination of the French submersible Pluvicse, which sank after collision with a steamer in the Channel, shows that, judging by the posi'ion of the forward diving wings, a supreme effort ha-| been 'made to raise the vessel to (he turface after the accident.
