NEW CABINET FORMED.

Received June 27. 11.5 p.m. LISBON, June 27. Senor Takeira Souza, Governor of the Colonial Bank, has formed a new cabinet, aft?r several others had refused. The crisis is due to a scandal arising through Suciano de Castro holding the Presidentship of a semi-offi-cial financial establishment, wherein a large deficit covered by falsified accounts„was discovered. Criminal proceedings have been commenced against de Castro, who for a long time controlled an overwhelming majority in the Chamber.
