To the Editor. Sir, —Through Jthe medium of your paper I would call the attention of the ratepayers to the shameful waste of our money that is taking place by employing men to pick out the little blades of grass growing on the sides of Lincoln Road, when there are so many urgent repairs required to roads ii and around ths town. —I am, etc., "ANOTHER RATEPAYER."
