TO MR ROOSEVELT; NEW YORK ENTHUSIASM. , Received June 20, 12.50 a.m. NEW-YORK, June 19, Mr Theodore Roosevelt's welcome in New York exceeded anything since the Spanish war. ■ A syrening decorated fleet of two hundred excursion steamers was in the bay, and a salute of twenty-one guns was fired. The Mayor and prominent citizens received Mr Roosevelt, whn took part in the procession througn ihe city with an escort of the original Rough Riders of the Spanish War, and veterans. Hundreds of, thousands of peraons lined the streets for a length of four miles from Broadway. The newspapers are discussing !Vir prestige, and the necessity for his influence for the Republican Party.-
