FIRE IN BLENHEIM.
ST. PATRICK'S HALL DESTROYED. By Telegraph—Press Association. BLENHEIM, June 12. At midnight on Saturday a fire I completely destroyed St. Patrick's I Hall, in the vicinity of the Roman I Catholic Church, together with the Catholic Club rooms attached. A two storied residence adjoining, formerly used as a convent was also gutted, and the flames damaged a house belonging to Mr Burgess behind the Hall. The origin of the fire is not known. Full details of the insurance are not yet available, but it is understood that all the buildings were insured, the hall for £SOO.
