MONTHLY MEETING.; The monthly meeting of the Master tun Trust Lunds Trustees was held last evening, there b 3 ing present Mf&srs T. Wagg (chairman),! 1 . B. Michel!, D. Caselberg. K. Krahagen, W. 11. Jackson, H. C, Robinson, E. G. Eton. Apologies fjr absence were received from Messrs C. E. Daniell and O. Pragnell. The treasurer 1 repjrted a credit balance of £144 8s 10L Accounts amounting to £72 10s were passed for payment. Mr H. Hayward wrote objecting to th? short time cf notice of other companies requiring the Town Hall, three days, in the agreeine.it of lease of Town Hall He also asked to have Mr W. L Clark's tame included as a lassea. The secretary siated that he, h-d explained to the leasing committee that tho three day 3* notice was a necessity in case the Kali wai required for au urgent purpose. He had also written,lo this effect to Mr Haywar' 1 , explaining at the same time that he would be neaily always able to give 14 days' notice when the l-lall was required. ' Mr Clarke had since informed him that Mr Hayward was quite satisfied with the explanation. With reeraid to some slight alterations in the lease, and the including of the name of Mr Clark as a lessee, it wa3 decided to refer the lease to the Trust's solicitor to put in order, and to have tha signatures properly attestel to, the Trust's seal to be then attached to the lease. Mr H. W. Jackson was granted a fourteen years' lease of five sections adjoining his present leasehold. / ,
