The manager said he hoped they would win some of the matches, but their chief aim wa3 to give a clean, lively, cpeu exhibition of the old game. He regretted that some of the players originally chosen had been unable to come to Australia, but if they went down they would do so as a representative New Zealand team. SENIOE. RED STAR v.
