On account of the indisposition of Mr Harle-Gilep, Conciliation Commissioner for the Auckland district, Mr P. The death occurred at Martin borough on Friday last of Mrs Mac gregor, wife of Mr A. Macgregor of that town. The deceased, who was 35 years of age, was a granddaughter of Mr J. Orr, of Martinhorough, and a sister of Mrs R. Smith of Waihenga. Mrs Barak, school mistress at ' Tauherenikau, has resigned her . position.
