BOAT SWAMPED.
SIX PERSONS DROWNED. United Press Association—By Eleotric Telegraph Copyright. Received June 6, 8.40 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, June 5. A sad drowning fatality took place in the Gulf of Finland. Five men and threa giris belonging: to St. Petersburg were out boating, when a steamer was seen to be approaching. The girls implored the rowers to pull away from the steamer's course, but the mtn foolhardily laughed, and passed within a few yards of the vessel. The hoat was swamped by the wash of the steamer, and three of the men and the three girls were drowned.
