ROBBERY UNDER ARMS CHARGE. JURY DISAGREE. By Telegraph—Press Association. PALMERSTON N., June 2. , The case ol alleged robbery under arms against Pawelka was heard today. Evidence was eiven by the Kendalls, who recognised Pawelka as iheir assailant.' The accused waß the only wilnsss in his defence, and confined himself to saying he was not there, and knew nothing of the occurrence.
