COUNT'S DEATH.
HEIR TO £700,000. RELATIVE AND DOdOR ARRESTED. A RUSSIAN SENSATION. Received June 2, 10.30 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, Jjme 2. '■ Count Bonturlin, an officer of the Russian Guards, and heir to £700,000, has died suddenly. His brother* in-law anu Dr. Patchenko have been arrested. The arrests have caused a sensation, as the brother-in-law is charged with bribing the doctor to administer strychnine to his patient. The bodies of Bonturlin's two brothers have been exhumed, and found to contain traces of poison. A boy recently murdered at Warsaw was another member oi the family. The St. Petersburg police accuse Patchenko of making a>» practice of removing wealthy people on behalf of heirs to their* estates* atrl declare that the doclor received £50,000 for each,of the alleged murders.
