Heney, general secretary of the Royal Life SaviDg Association of Great Britain, who is touring Canada ths interests of his as°ociation, will - arrive in New Zealand in October, and will conduct a campaign in this Dominion. Mrs Joseph Tidswell, who has been ; residing in Featherston Blnce 1859, dud yesterday morning. The deceased lady was of an intensely interesting personality and" a dispostion that made her beloved by all who knew her.
