NOT GUILTY.
A WELLINGTON CASE. By lelegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, June 1. The second trial of Aire Mary Consiauce, charged with having committed an illegal operation was taken in the Supreme Court tn-ciay, before the Chief Justice and a jury of twelve. The latter''returned at 3.5 p.m. and the foreman stated there was not sufficient evidence to convict the prisoner. His, Honour accepted this as a verdict of "not guilty."
