THANKSGIVING SERVICES. Received Mav 31, 10.30 p.m. CAPETOWN May 31. A thanksgiving service for the birth of the Union was held in every church in South Ainca this morning, except whereg combined services had been arranged in the open air. Ten thousand school children par adid in Johannesburg, singing hymns for the Union. A tableau, descriptive of the Union, was shown.
