Prior to commencing business at the Supreme Court to-day, Mr Justice Cooper announced that he would ir/ot break the local court sessions to go on to Wanganui next week, but would stay here until the business was finished. The criminal cases on the list will occupy the present week, and his Honour made an order, for another jury panel s morning. It this will be insufficient and a fourth par el in all probability will be required for the civil cases going to the jury. There are six civil cases for juries on the list.
