THOMPSON—PAYNE PICTURES.

A most enjoyable programme was presented at the Foresters' Kail on Thursday evening, to a large and appreciative audience. The "star" pictare of the series is entitled "The Duke's Plan." This toiograph subject Hbows to what extreme a sweetheart will go for the one she loves. "The Cider Industry" shows the process of making this delicious beverage in all its stages. "The Drunkard's Son" illustrates the reformation of an erring father through the instrumentality of an hanest son. 'Foolshead" caused great laughter during his adventures in search of copy at a wedding. Another comic subject worth seeing is "The Skating Carnival," in which some clever and amuaing skating episodes are shown. This programme will be repeated to-night.
