LONDON MARKETS. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., have received the following cablegram from their London house:—"Tallow : We quote present spot values for the following descriptions:—Good mutton, 36s 9d per cwt.; good bsef, 365; mix3d, 343 6.1; market quiet." STOCK MARKET. Th 3 New Zealand Laan anil Mercantile Ageocy Co., Ltl., report at their weekly stock sale at Eketahuna, yesterday, as follows—Entries were somewhat limited, and the quality throughout only second class Biddi was dull, mo3t of th 3 business being transacted all changing hands before the close of the day. Ewes in lamb from 7s 6d; lambs, 6s; store cows, 403; weaners, 20s to 225; weaner pigs, 6s. Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., report having held their sale in the Martinborough yards yesterday. There was not such a large entry of sheep, but cattle camo forward in large numbers, the quality being very gco3, and competition was very keen for this class of stock, and very good prices were realised. Following: is a list of prices:—Forward ewes, 5s Bd, 8s 2d; fat ewes, 12s; forward wethers, 123 9d; ewes in lamb, medium, Bs. Cattle: Goou fat bullocks realised £7 Is; medium, £6 ss, £6 7s to £6 14s; two to threeyear steers, medium, £4 14s; fa cows, £5 4s.
