BULKS & REGULATIONS. 1 All entries to be sealed and addressed to the Secretary, Otaki, with name of horse, age, name of owner and trainer, and colours of the rider. 2 Entries by telegram'must be confirmed in writing by first mail. 3 The stewards reserve the right to alter the date or time for receiving nominations or acceptances, or declaration of weights, as they may deem fit. 4 All races to be run tinder the Rules of Eating, as adopted by the New Zealand Racing Conference.
