Received May 6, 9.40 a.m. PARIS, May 5. £ M. Alexander Eiffel, the noted French engineer, and otoi?aer of the Eiffel Tower, has 6b.ubfished, a laboratory in the Champ-de-Mar, Paris, here be studies the dynamic laws of the air. He has embodied in his tests a series of practical formulae, and predicts that there will be a , tenfold increase in the effectiveness of aeroplanes and motors built with a knowledge of the new principles.
(The Eiffel Tower, in Cnamp-de-Mars, was built in 1889. It is 984 feet in height. M. Eiffel was born in 1832. ■ ,■■ ■■
