PROM FEDERAL LABOUR LEADER.

Referring to the "Imperial Pioneers," the "Daily Chronicle" quotes Mr Andrew Fisher's declaration, as Leader of the Federal Labour Party, that nobody in Great Britain has been authorised to speak on behall of the Australian Labour Party. The "Chronicle's" Melbourne correspondent cables Mr Fisher' 3 message to democracy in Britain to "go on and take courage from our success, which evidences the determination of the Australian people to prevent the growth of degrading poverty, tyranny, private monopolies, and the dangerous accumulations of wealth."
