The "Chronicle's" Melbourne correspondent cables Mr Fisher' 3 message to democracy in Britain to "go on and take courage from our success, which evidences the determination of the Australian people to prevent the growth of degrading poverty, tyranny, private monopolies, and the dangerous accumulations of wealth."
