WEATHER FORECAST. By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON. April 23. The Rev, D. C. Batea* summary and forecast is as follows:—The high pressure area which has accounted fo fine weather in most parts of the Dominion during the past few days is now passing eastward, and giving wry to low pressure areas in in a rear, one probably operating in the North and another in the South. Northerly winds strong to «ale. and rain, p.re now probable generally, with a falling barometer everywhere.
