METEOROLOGICAL.
WEATHER FORECAST, By Telegraph—Press Association. , WELLINGTON, April 21. The Rev. D. CI Bates' summary and forecast are as, follow-The barometer has fallen in the northernmost districts, and a strong easterly wind, with a fall of three-tenths of an inch since 9 a.m. is reported. Present indications are for a falling barometer everywhere, and for a change in the weather, first in the extreme North with rising easterly winds, and in the Southern districts with freshening northerlies and fair weather, but increasing clouds and haze elsewhere.
