He thought it best to wind up creditably, without sacrificing thsir plant. He moved that the company be wound up voluntarily. Mr de Renzy offered to find £25,000 within six months for continuing operations if ihc capital was written down, and a proposal for reconstruction having been moved, the meeting adjourned for a week.
