ARMED ALBANIANS.
TURKISH COMMANDER'S DIFFICULTIES. | Received April 20. 10.30 p.m. CONSTANTINOPLE. April 19. jahevket Pasha, commanding the Turkish Army in Albania, has determined to disarm forty thousand armed Albanians who were hastily preparing to blockade Kishan Pass, destroy the railway line, and hem in the Turkish troops. Shevket Pasha doubts whether the number of troops at his disposal is sufficient for the purposes of disarmament.
