TURKISH FUNCTIONARY'S SENTENCE. United Press Association—By EiectrkT Copjrighi Received April 13, 10 a.m. CONSTANTINOPLE, April 10. A functionary of the Turkish gendarmerie was sentenced to imprisonment for life for forging documents, inciting the Moslems against the Christians in Epirus.
