SUEZ CANAL CONCESSION.
Egyptian nationalists, "down with roosevelt." Received April 8, 10.45 p.m. CARO, April 8. The Egyptian General Assembly, by 66 votes to one, rejected ihe Government's proposals for a renewal of the Suez Canal concession. Enthusiastic Nationalists paraded the streets after the decision was known. Much passion was displayed by them with deafening shouts of "Down with Roosevelt."
