REFUSED TO BE VACCINATED
Received April 6, 9.30 p.m. SYDNEY, April 6. Three more of the Otway's thirdclass passengers have developed suspicious symptoms. It is stated the two patients who succumbed to small pox at Melbourne refused to be vaccinated at Perth.--,
