THEATRE-BUILDING.
A BOOM. Received April 5, 10.15 a.m. SYUNEY, April 5. There is a boom in theatre-build-ing. Plans have beenjprepared for three theatres—two nearjhe railway station and one in George street. They will seat foar thousand, two thousand, and two thousand five hundred respectively. A fourth new theatre is contemplated in the city.
