THE SOUTH AUSTRALIAN POLL. Received April 5, 8.45 a.m. ADELAIDE, April 5. The No-License vote resulted in a substantia! majority for no alteration.

South Australia has a limited form of local option. Votes be cast in favour of one or other of the following questions, and they include all classes of licenses except brew-ers'-storekeepers, and distillers'storekeepers:—l. That the number of licenses be reduced. 2. That the rumber of licenses be neither increased nor reduced. 3. That the Licensing Bench, may, in their discretion, increase the number of licenses.
