AMUSEMENTS
THOMPSON-PAYNE PICTURES. Messrs Thumpson and Payne should be highly pleased with the patr.nage extended to their entertainment at tha Foresters' Hall. The current nrogramme is well , worth seeing, being of an interesting and amusing nature. "Redwine's Gratitude" is the start of the pr;igramm=, and halongs to the fine Trdian series of which the patrons will be pleased to see more. The trials of the little Indian heroine were keenly followed, and her efforts to save the child of her benefactor were loudly applauded. This programme will be repeated to-night, and on Monday a new series will be presented, including a high art film of great beauty entitled "The Sea," also a pictorial drama "The Restoration."
POSTPONEMENT OP SALE.
Messrs Dalgety and Co.. Ltd., acnounce that the sale of the "Waterfalls" property advertised to take place to-day, at 2 p.m , will not take place, the property having been withdrawn from sale.
