Received March '3l, 8.40 p.m. SYDNEY, March 31. Nine hundred persons aboard the Orient liner Otway. 12,077 tons, have been quarantined until to-mor-row. The quarantine station only provides for six hundred and fifty people, and tne rest will have to remain aboard the ship.
