TRAINS COLLIDE.
TWENTY SOLDIERS KILLED. Received March 31, 8 p.m. BERLIN, Marcn 30. A passenger traiu collided with a military train at Mulheim, a manufacturing- town of about 50,000 inhabitants, in the Rhine Province of Germany. The passengers, were uninjured, but twentv soldiers were killed and forty seriously and sixty slightly injured.
