EGMONT DOG TRIALS.
In another column is published the programme for the Egmont Sheep Dog Trials, which is announced to take place at Hawera on April 12th and;i3th nfxt. Lhe programme is a most attractive ce, and should be of special interest to Waiiarapa sheep dog trial enthusiasts. The shakes are particularly good, while Messrs Bennett and Sutton's Cap is a points prize fur the competitor scoring most points at the nipetinir, to be won twice i.i succession or three times at intervals. The entrance fee is—members 5s lor each entry, and non-mem-bers 7s 6d for each entry. Members of any other Dog Trial Club can enter at member's fee, ss, providing the club that such member belongs to recognises the same rule to membus of this club. All entries close on Thursday, April 7th,at 9 p.m. with the secretary, Mr Chaa. G. Wilson.
