"annual- meeting. Hut aiißu§l (BeaHdg 6*2 ibd Waiffl' rapa Hunt Club wa3 field in the Club Hotel, yesterday afternoon. There was a good attendance of members, and Mr W. H. Buick (master) occupied the chair. The report and balance sheet, which has already appeared in tbese columns, and which showed the Club to be in a highly satisfactory financial position, th=. ere Jit balance being £137, was favourably commented upon, by several of the members present. In order tp benefit the Club, it was decided to invest £IOO of the Club's money in the Post Office Savings Bank. Ihe following officers were elected for the ensuing year:—Patron, Mr William Strang; Mr b. F. Vallance; Master, Mr W. H Buick; Deputy-Master, Mr K.' Buick; Huntsman, Mr H. C. (Sam) Bunny; Committee, Messrs W. H. Buick, R. Buick. G. H. Perry, C. J, Bennett, F. B. Vallance, Fi. Evans, W. D. Watson, W. Howard Booth, Dr. Archer Hoiking. R. Morrison, H. Douglas, N. Douglas and A. G. Pilroer. A sub-committee, consisting of Messrs W. H. Buick, vV. Howard Booth, G. H. Perry, C. J. Bennett and the Secretary (Mr N. Hi James) were appointed to draw up rules to govern the Glub during the present season. '
It was decided to register the Club under the "Unclassified Societies Act,"
The advisability of adding fresh hounds to the pack was discussed, and the Secretary was instructed to write to the various Hunt Clubs to see if any honnds were procurable. The hunting season will be commenced about the middle of April,and the exact date will be notified later.
