MAURICEVILLE RIFLE CLUB.
Own Correspondent. vVt-dnesday. The Mauriceville Rifle ulub will probably complete their Club Championship series on Saturday next. The distance will be 500, 600 and 700 yards. It is expected that there will be some close finishes. The following are the leading scores:Rifleman A. M. Rose 452 Rifleman R. A. Wilton 43y Rifleman E. H. Dagg 437 A team representing the Mauriceville Rifle Club journeyed to Tararua to fire a match with the local club. After a most enjoyable day, the match resulted in a win for Mauriceville by 51 points. The conditions were tan men aside, best eight to count. Results: MAURICEVILLE.
