In connection with the application for a writ of prohibition restraining Mr H. W. Bishop, S.M.. from adjudicating upon any, or all of the informations laid by Wm. M. Tyers, Inspecting Accountant for the Income Tax Department, against Bowron Brothers, of Christeburch. It is understood that by consent of the parties the application will |be moved into the Court of Appeal, which opens its sittings at Wellington on April 4th.
