TO BE RESPONSIBLE TO THE REICHSTAG. AN IMPORTANT RESOLUTION. Received March 16, 9.20 p.m. BELRIN, March 16. The Reichstag adopted Herr Ledebour's resolution in favour of making the Imperial Chancellor responsible to the Keichstag, such responsibility to extend to all the Kaiser's political acts and omissions," and declaring that the Chancellor's responsibility should be regulated by a Stale tribunal. The resolution was adopted by a small majority, which included the entire Left, the Polish members, and a portion of the centre.
