KING EDWARD'S VISIT TO FRANCE.

It has been remarked at Biarritz that King Edward is looking remarkably well. Mr C. W. Fairbanks, ex-Vice President of the United States, who is on tour, was delighted with a recent audience given him by King Edward. He described the King as the World's Peacemaker.
