The Civil Service Estimates total £66,068,102, compared with actual grants passed last session totalling £62,888,302. The Estimates include: — £14,064.677 for education. £9,220,000 for old-age pensions. £400,000 for the Development Fund. £40,000 for the Prince of Wales' visit to South Africa. RE-ELECTION. Received March ,11. 9.5 a.m. LONDON, March 10. Mr P. H. Illingworth, member for the Shipley Division of Yolkshire, who had to seek re-election consequent on being made a Junior Lord of the Treasury, was re-elected unopposed. UNIONIST PEEKS CONSIDERING A PROPOSAL. Received March 11, 9.15 a.m. LONDON, March 103 Unionist Peers are consideing a proposal to the effect that when the veto resolutions reach Ihem the Lords will suggest that they, with Lord Rosebery's resolution, be referred to a joint committee of both Houses. '
