ROBBERIES FROM AN ARSENAL.
— JAPANESE ARRESTED. Received March 11, 11.30 a.m. NEW YORK. March 10. The "New York Herald's" Yokohama correspondent states that the police have arrested seventeen clerks and workmen employed in the Yokosuka naval arsenal, on charges of purloining several thousand pounds' worth of platinum and other metals. The charges cover a period since 1902.
