WEATHER FORECAST.

By Telegraph—Press Association. The Rev. D. (J. Bates summary and weather forecast is as follows :—An easterly gale prevailed on Saturday and Sunday. Rain has fallen in those partfa, and also on the East Uoast of the South Island. Barometric pressure continued low in the Far North, and has decreased slowly in the South. Present indications are for a falling barometer everywhere, and probably very low in about 36 hours. Northerly winds strong to gale probable. Generally unsettled and stormy weather, with heavy rain probable in most parts of the Dominion.
