JAPAN'S NAVY.
LONDON, March 4. The "Times'" Tokio correspondent denies that Japan, is laying down 30,000 ton warships. During a private sitting of the Naval Committee cf the United States House of Representatives, a member of the committee stated that Washington had received unofficial information that Japan was commencing two battleships with a tonnaee approaching 32,000 tons.
