AMUSEMENTS.
THOMPSON-PAYNE pictures. The moving picture enterprise has proved so popular in Masterton that the Foresters' Hall is nightly taxed to its full seating capacity. Saturday night proved no exception. The programme presented was undoubtedly a fine one and well worth the patronage it received during the three nights' run, which concluded on Saturday. To-night the usual change of films is to be presented. In this evening's programme a film entitled "A Dash to Death"' is spoken of by a contemporary, as being very sensational. "The King s Command will, also, be aD attractive item. Among the comic subjects "The Haunted Kitchen" and "Turning the Tables" are specially mentioned.
