"FINANCIAL SHARKS."

VICTIMISE THE ALBERTA LEGISLATURE. MINISTER FOR WORKS RESIGNS. Received March 4, 9 a.m. OTTAWA, March 3. The Hon. W. H. Cusbing, Minister for Works for the Province of Alberta, has resigned. He considers his colleaguts were "bested" by Mr Pierpont Morgan's company, which purchased Alberta's great waterways and railways with bonds valued at a million and a half pounds sterling. Mr Cushing states that he was not consulted, and that the Legislature was victimised by financial sharks.
