MR ROCKFELLER'S AIM. Received March 3, 9.43 p.m. NEW YORK, March 3. St hator Gallinger is introducing a Bill to incorporate in the Rockefeller foundation a district in Columbia. It is explained that Mr Rockfeller has already given away fiftytwo million dollars, and seeks a method of disposing of hi 3 fortune for the benefit of mankind. The aim of the foundation is to promote the well-being of the people of the United States, and its p33ses3ions abroad, the dissemination of knowledge and the relief of suffering.
